SML Photography Mini Membership Terms of Service
By enrolling, you agree to the following membership terms.
1. Membership Plans
Tier 1 | $20/month or $200/year
Two 15-minute mini sessions.
Tier 2 | $30/month or $300/year
One 30-minute session and one 15-minute mini session.
Tier 3 | $45/month or $500/year
One 60-minute session (or two 30-minute sessions) plus one 15-minute mini session.
All membership plans include all final edited images from each session.
2. Membership Commitment and Renewal
Memberships require a noncancelable 12-month commitment. Members are responsible for all 12 payments regardless of participation.
After 12 months, memberships automatically renew month-to-month at the listed monthly rate, including memberships originally paid in full. Members may opt out of automatic renewal at any time by emailing sarahlittletonphotography@gmail.com before their next renewal charge. Opting out does not end the initial 12-month commitment. Requests will be confirmed in writing.
Payments are nonrefundable except as required by law or otherwise stated in these terms.
3. Booking and Session Credits
Booking dates, locations, and deadlines are announced monthly. Availability is not guaranteed for specific dates or locations.
Unused credits expire each year and do not roll over, except for qualifying rescheduled sessions.
4. Late Payments
Overdue payments suspend booking privileges. If a balance remains unresolved for three months, SML Photography may terminate your membership. Terminated members cannot rejoin or book additional sessions. Outstanding balances remain owed.
5. Additional Fees and Travel
Styled sessions may require additional fees for props or rentals, divided equally among participating members. Nonparticipants are not charged.
Sessions requested more than 30 miles from my Central Bossier City home office require approval and incur a travel fee based on the current IRS standard business mileage rate for the entire round trip. I reserve the right to decline these requests. Regular styled sessions will be planned within 30 miles.
6. Rescheduling and Weather
Rescheduling requests require 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability. Emergencies beyond the member's control may qualify for rescheduling within 15 days. Extreme cases are handled individually. No-call/no-shows forfeit their session credit.
I may reschedule outdoor sessions for rain (50%+ probability), cloud coverage (95%+), heat (100°F+), cold (45°F or below), wind, or other safety concerns.
Sessions rescheduled by SML Photography retain their credit beyond the original membership year until a replacement opportunity is provided.
7. Image Delivery
All final edited images are delivered through an online gallery, typically within two weeks. Delays may occur during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Agreement
By enrolling, you acknowledge the 12-month financial commitment, no-cancellation policy, automatic renewal, and session credit expiration rules.
SML Photography may update these terms with notice, without changing an existing member's agreed initial price or commitment without consent.
